In this tutorial i will show you how to upgrade Ubuntu from older version 12.04 LTS / 13.04 / 13.10 to 14.04 LTS
Ubuntu 14.04 Officially released on 17th April 2014,This is the Most awaited ubuntu release and comes with More number of features and a 5 Year support

If you don't want to download and you only want to upgrade means just follow the below steps.
Upgrading to Ubuntu 14.04 from Ubuntu 13.10 / 12.04LTS
Before Proceeding for Upgradation Please BACKUP Your DATA and then Proceed
For Upgradation open unity dash and type software updater and check for updates
It will show you Newer version 14.04 available.(Or) Upgrade Notification will display automatically
Just click on the Upgrade Button. Upgradation process will start
After reading the Release Notes click Upgrade button.
After reading the Release Notes click Upgrade button.
After Upgradation it will ask you to restart the system and after restart you will be able to login into Ubuntu 14.04.
